Bendir Bersarak Recipe

Ingredient[A]: 12 pieces finger (halve and remove the seeds), 200g shrimp, 200g fish fillet (mash in salt water)

Ingredient[B]: 6 red chilies, 8 pieces dried chilies, 10 pieces shallots, 4 cloves garlic, 2 stalks serai, 1 cm kunyit, 30g dried shrimp

Seasoning:

1 tbsp tamarind paste(mix with 1&half bowl water to make juice), salt and sugar to taste

Method:

1. Blend shrimp and fish meat into elastic paste, stuff into ladies finger and steamed.

2. Heat 3 tbsp oil, saute B until fragrant, add in seasoning and bring to boil, then pour on top of steamed ladies finger.
