Fry Tomato Egg Recipe
Ingredients:
4 eggs, 2 stalk spring onion, 2 tomatoes
Seasoning: Some water, dash of salt and sugar
Method:
1. Diced tomatoes; cut spring onion into blocks; beat eggs in bowl.
2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, pour in egg solution, stir fry with low heat till medium cook, dish out, set aside.
3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok and saute spring onion until fragrant, then add in tomatoes, stir-fry until cooked, seasoned with seasoning, pour in pre-fried eggs and mix well.
