Tri-Color Egg Recipe
Ingredients:
3 eggs, 3 century eggs, 3 salted eggs, 1 piece cellophane wrap or aluminium foil,1/2 cup water
Seasoning: Dash of salt and MSG
Method:
1. Separate egg white and egg yolk, beat separately.
2. Shelled boiled salted eggs, cut egg white into small cubes, chop egg yolk finely. Remove century egg shell, chop into small cubes.
3. Mix all egg white, water and seasoning together Line steamer with cellophane wrap or foil, pour in eg white mixture and steam over low heat until 90% cooked.
4. Mix well beated egg yolk and mashed salted egg yolk, add on egg white mixture, steam about 3 minutes until well done. Remove and let it cool. Slice and serve.
