Sid had just returned home from a hiking trip. This was an impromptu plan made at the last moment with his friends. They had clicked a lot of pictures and Sid was very excited to upload them on his facebook profile. He loaded the pictures on his hard disk and logged on to facebook. He had quite a few updates on his home page. He got involved in checking them out. He even checked his emails on the side. He realized it was getting late and he had to wake up early the next morning to go to work. He thought of quickly creating an album of his recent trip, to share it with his friends. He created the album and thought of changing his profile picture as well. But he did not know how to do it. He turned off the computer and went to sleep. The next day when he went to work he asked one of his colleagues, “why cant I change my profile picture on facebook“? His colleague asked him to open his facebook account, so he could show him how it’s done. Once he signed into facebook, his colleague changed the profile picture and they sat down to see the album.

I was facing some problems with Facebook for some time and I didn’t know whom to contact. Every time I tried logging in I used to get a message saying that your session has expired please try again. If I used to attempt five times I would be successful in logging in only once. I wanted to notify Facebook about the problem that I was facing but I began wondering how do I contact facebook. They don’t display their contact details so easily I thought so I decided to do a Google search. I was amazed at the search result because it not only showed me the email address but it also showed me the UK contact address of Facebook. My job was made easy because I decided that I would first try sending them an email and if I did not receive any reply then I would contact their UK address. But to my good luck the first mail that I sent to Facebook yielded the desired result and my account started working normally.
