It’s hard to find good information these days. That statement might sound kind of ironic since this digital era has allowed us access to all kinds of new and free information. However, this is the truth. To explain, this does not mean that there is a lack of good information. It’s just hard to find them. When I look to buy digital pianos, I see Yamaha calling GHS keys “just like the ones on an acoustic piano”. When I watch Casio videos, I never see them play slow songs. Simply put, there is a lot of information to retain but none of it is actually good information.

We Are Trying out a New Drummer Next Week

I am looking forward to next Saturday afternoon, as I will be trying out a new drummer for our band. Most of the people who have come over to try out for us were just awful. Even though I play lead guitar in the band, I am also a drummer myself. In fact, I have been playing drums since I was ten, so the drums were my first love. When I first learned how to play the drums, I was completely fascinated with it. I played for hours and hours almost everyday of the week.

When I first learned how to play the guitar, I did the same thing. I played all the time, as much as I could.

The thing about becoming proficient with a musical instrument is, you have to be in love with it. You just cannot say, “I have to practice,” like it is a burden.

I Bought My V Festival Tickets to See Eminem Perform

There is one main reason that I bought my V Festival Tickets, and that main reason was to see the world famous rapper, Eminem, perform at the V Festival. I know that this festival is going to be a really good festival anyway. Since Rihanna is going to be performing at the V Festival, as well as Eminem, I bet they are going to perform another duet to the song “I Love the Way You Lie”. That is actually one of my favorite songs of all time. The sexiness of Rihanna and the explosive realism of Eminem make any other kind of performance look like beauty pageant. I am just speaking the truth on the matter. I know that the V Festival will be totally wicked, and that is why I will be there. Like I said, the main reason I have already bought my V Festival Tickets is to see Eminem perform.

For the Finest Comedy Theatre London is the Place to Go

My wife and I have been living on a tight budget for several years now, but our children recently gave us a wonderful anniversary gift. It was a voucher for a night out in the capital, which will enable us to visit a comedy theatre London can be proud of. We are so excited, and can’t wait to make the most of this wonderful present.

We live in a small town in the Home Counties, so travelling up to Theatre-Land will simply be a case of hopping on a train at our local station. We will find a small, reasonably-priced restaurant in London while we’re there, to enjoy a delicious meal and a drink or two before we head off to the play.

I really hope the evening is a success, because we really deserve it to be. We work very hard throughout the year, so let’s hope it’s one to remember.

That small company was called Napster and it completely revolutionized the music industry. For the first time consumers was able to sample and record their favorite music without paying for the album or single. Consumers went wild for this new technology and other sites came on board. Naturally artists and record labels were not pleased. They consider it stealing royalties from the artist and the label and started an aggressive campaign to eliminate it by prosecuting consumers who illegally download and the companies who offer the service. Today the abilty to download music online still exists but the consumer have to pay for the service. Companies like I Tunes, Sony Music Entertainment and yes, Napster offers specials online deals that is still cheaper than buying the entire album.

Guitar Tips – Playing the G Minor Chord

G minor is a cool chord to play as it has a sort of bluesy sound to it. It is the first chord played on the Rolling Stone’s track entitled Heart of Stone. To play it start by placing your first finger on the first fret of the high E string. Then take your next finger which is your middle finger and press on the second fret of the A string. Use your third finger on the third fret of the low E string which is the G note. Then strum through all six strings and you got yourself the G minor chord. It is a fun chord to play. Maybe not as fun as the F chord, to me anyway. You can learn all about beginner guitar tabs to simple songs. Starting out as a beginner is never that easy but it is important to not get frustrated. If you are not experienced in playing guitar then you need to learn start learning, plain and simple.

You can become a seasoned pro in a short amount of time especially if you take some guitar lessons for beginners. Lesson definitely can help do not kid yourself.

In order to be a great player you just need to practice and practice well. The beginning sucks most of the time because you need to learn chords and play them.

You should also start playing easy songs on the radio or whatever to get a feel for rhythm as getting your timing down is very important.

If you want to sound like a pro then there is really no other way. You need to practice and practice some more. Sure learning the basics at first is important but then you can go off and play songs from other big artists whether they are classics or new stuff.

For those of us that play rockabilly and bluegrass styles of music, our semi-hollow body guitars are a must have for creating the large tones of the genre. I was first introduced to the Rickenbacker 330 guitar by my father who was, and still is, a local legend in the bluegrass scene. It’s now my main instrument and I’ve adapted my playing style to suit many different other styles of music.

The Rickenbacker 330 is constructed entirely of maple with a hollow cavity and sound hole. This is where the Rick 330 gets its huge and bright tone from. Additionally, the high output pickups add another level of tone that is great for lead guitarists and a little heavier gain music.

I’ve been entirely happy with my Rickenbacker and have never had any problems with reliability or defects. I would expect nothing less from such a well established company as Rickenbacker that has a history of well made and great sounding instruments. I’m a fan for life!
