Easy Guide to Making Chocolate Chip Waffles

The chocoholics will simply love anything as long as there is chocolate in it! Especially for those who have kids, there is nothing like having kids enjoy their breakfast every morning! To make chocolate chip waffles, you will need 1 ? cups flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/8 tsp salt, 2 large eggs, 1 egg white, 1? cup milk, ? tsp vanilla, ? cup melted unsalted butter, ? cup sugar, 1 cup chocolate chips. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt in a medium bowl. Separate eggs and place egg whites in a small bowl. In another bowl, place egg yolks, milk, melted butter and vanilla and whisk together. Add the milk into flour mixture and use an electric mixer to stir the batter. Whisk the egg whites until it begins to get loose. Sprinkle sugar over the egg whites and beat until it reaches a soft peak. Fold egg whites gently into the batter. Add the chocolate chips. Cook in preheat waffle iron until crisp. As additional toppings you can use ice cream, chopped nuts, cherries and whipped cream!
