I bought some “kuih bakar” from a Malay seller in a food court (in London) the other day. It was absolutely delicious. I tried to find the recipe on the Star (newspaper) web site, but without success; then I thought of seaching on Google, that’s where I found your receipe, which I’ll try some day.

In the meantime, I just want to thank you for sharing the recipe.
